| I have formulated a new hypothesis for
better explanation of the cause of gravitational attraction. The
concept is explained in a booklet
"THE UNKNOWN TRUTH" copyright 1983. The
papers were sent to different departments including the National
Physical Laboratory of India but no one was prepared to give any
comment. After a long wait, I submitted the thesis to Dr. J. C.
Edwards, Editor of British and American Scientific Research
Association, CANADA. I got immediate response and was advised to
approach Dr. W. G. Carnahan, Executive Secretary Association
Pushing Gravity Research, U.S.A. And got his response as

Strangely, his
book never reached my address and he stopped responding
further. Maybe, someone was not interested for our exchange
of notes.
